Your attitude will determine your altitude in life. In business, people would rather work with someone with a good attitude and personality. If someone is very talented and they are hard to work with, or come across as a know it all, most people do not want to work with them. They leave no room for other opinions, thinking their way is the only way. When you work with individuals that are uplifting, loyal, positive and do what they say they are going to do, things just click.
Treat people like you want to be treated and be nice to everyone. Be honest and truthful, there is a time to speak up and a time to be quiet. One of the only things you have complete control over is your attitude. Be careful what you say about other people. When you are talking about someone, don’t say anything that you would not say to their face. Watch what you say and who you say it to. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. So, if you have good things in your heart, good will come out and vice versa.
If you say you’re going to do something, do it. When people have integrity, they have longevity. They are the people you like to be around and people you can trust. If they say they are going to do something, you know it will get done. Integrity is very important, how you conduct yourself. Are you polite to people, honest, do you show up on time, are you prepared and when you say you’re going to do something, do it. Happiness is a choice, a good attitude is a choice, and doing the right thing is a choice; make good choices.
